Michael D. Capaldi has joined Frost Brown Todd AlvaradoSmith as a partner in the real estate practice in Orange County, Calif., the firm said Monday.
Capaldi focuses on complex real estate transactions, according to Frost Brown Todd.
He guides financial organizations and institutional and entrepreneurial developers through property acquisitions and financings, the planning and entitlement stage of real property development, and workouts and restructurings, Frost Brown Todd said.
