Frost Brown Todd Adds Wes Scott as Business Combinations Partner

Wes Scott joined Frost Brown Todd as a partner in its business combinations and capital transaction practice group in Nashville, the firm announced Wednesday.

Scott’s practice focuses on middle-market transactions involving manufacturing, essential services, medical technology, business services, and distribution companies, the firm said. He advises clients through complex mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.

He also assists companies in raising equity and debt capital to fund ongoing operations and financing needs, and frequently serves as outside general counsel to clients.
