Frost Brown Todd Adds Managing Director in Louisville (Correct)

Brandon J. Kessinger has joined Frost Brown Todd as a partner and managing director in the Louisville, Ky., office, the firm said Monday.

Kessinger consults for corporations on mergers and acquisitions, litigation, tax and real estate matters, environmental compliance, and corporate governance, according to Frost Brown Todd.

He also manages manufacturers’ legal affairs across commercial, employment, and intellectual property matters and in real and personal property divestitures, Frost Brown Todd said.
