Frost Brown Todd Adds Cheryl Rosenberg as Public Finance Partner

Cheryl Rosenberg joined Frost Brown Todd as a partner in its public finance practice group in Houston, the firm announced Thursday.

Rosenberg is a bond, underwriter, and disclosure counsel with a background in the issuance of governmental tax-exempt debt in Texas, the firm said. She has represented cities, counties, school districts, junior college districts, “on behalf of” corporations, and special districts.

Robin Smith also joined as counsel.
