Frontier Group Holdings Inc. has tapped Latham & Watkins as outside legal adviser for its proposed $2.9 billion purchase of Spirit Airlines Inc., which is using Debevoise & Plimpton.
Latham’s team includes antitrust, corporate, data privacy and benefits and compensation partners from California, Washington, New York, and Germany, according to a firm email. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Barclays, and Morgan Stanley & Co. are also advising the airlines, a statement from the carriers said.
