Fried Frank Recruits Dabney O’Riordan as Litigation Partner

Dabney O’Riordan joined Fried Frank as a partner in its litigation department and asset management practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

O’Riordan advises asset managers and public companies on Securities and Exchange Commission regulatory compliance and represents clients before the SEC and in private disputes. She has conducted and overseen hundreds of investigations worked on asset management rules, guidance, and exam priorities, the firm said.

She joins from Quinn Emanuel.
