Fried Frank Hires Kathy O’Neill as Antitrust Partner (Correct)

Kathy O’Neill joined Fried Frank as a partner in its global antitrust and competition department in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.

O’Neill focuses on clearance of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, as well as investigations and litigation under federal and state antitrust laws. She also provides antitrust compliance counseling and training, the firm said.

She joins from Cooley.
