Fried Frank Grabs Oliver Currall as Tax Partner From Sidley

Oliver Currall joined Fried Frank as a partner in its tax department in London, the firm announced Monday.

Currall advises on UK and international tax structuring, focusing on cross-border private equity and mergers and acqusitions transactions, and the structuring and operation of global investment funds. He provides tax advice to major private equity sponsors on their deals and to asset managers on UK management company and asset holding structures, the firm said.

He joins from Sidley Austin.
