Audra A. Cohen has joined Fried Frank as a partner in the asset management practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
Cohen advises major sponsors on fund formation, fundraising, negotiations, and compliance in connection with closed- and open-end real estate, private equity, and infrastructure funds, according to Fried Frank.
She joins from Goodwin, where she served as a partner in the private investment funds practice and real estate industry business unit, said the firm.
