Rachel Strickland, Daniel Forman, and Andrew Mordkoff joined Fried Frank as partners in the global restructuring practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Strickland, Mordkoff and Forman focus on advising both debtors and creditors in large, complex chapter 11 cases, mass torts and out-of-court restructurings, the firm said. The team also advises financial sponsors and strategic investors looking to maximize recoveries or acquire distressed targets.
Strickland joins as the department’s chair in addition to partner.
All three partners join from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
