Roger Schofield joined Fried Frank as a partner in the corporate real estate practice in London, the firm announced Tuesday.
Schofield advises clients on corporate real estate joint ventures, capital solutions, acquisitions and dispositions, and other real estate-related M&A, the firm said.
He provides counsel on complex transactions and restructurings in all sectors of the property market, and has advised global real estate investors, developers and owners on acquisitions and dispositions of real estate-holding structures, and real estate operators in the UK and Europe, Fried Frank said.
He joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
