Cameron Mitcham has joined Fried Frank as a partner in the finance practice in London, the firm said Monday.
Mitcham focuses on securitization, structured finance, asset-backed lending and credit funds, particularly structuring transactions and funds to be compliant with EU risk retention rules, according to Fried Frank.
He previously served as a partner with Dechert LLP’s global finance team in London and joins from an Australian law firm.
