Fried Frank Adds M&A, Private Equity Partner Natke in New York

Lawrence P. Natke has joined Fried Frank as a partner in the M&A and private equity practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.

Natke, who joins from Schulte Roth & Zabel, focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, alternative asset management transactions, leveraged buyouts and general corporate law, according to Fried Frank.

He has experience advising on structuring control and non-control investments in alternative asset managers, GP stakes deals, joint ventures, and spin-outs, said the firm.
