Fried Frank Brings on Transatlantic Pair of Deals Partners

Rhett McPhie and Nathan Pusey joined Fried Frank as partners in its M&A and private equity practice, the firm announced Wednesday.

McPhie joins the firm’s London office from Kirkland & Ellis. He brings substantial experience advising on secondaries, strategic, and other complex transactions across both North America and Europe, Fried Frank said.

Pusey joins the New York office from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. He advises financial services clients on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions involving traditional and alternative asset managers and wealth management firms, according to Fried Frank.
