Fried Frank Recruits Crowell Antitrust Partner Johnson in DC

Shawn Johnson joined Fried Frank as an antitrust and competition partner in Washington, DC, the firm announced Tuesday.

Johnson joins from Crowell & Moring, where he was a partner for more than a decade. He focuses on transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, Fried Frank said.
