Freshworks Nabs TiVo Legal Boss as it Considers Going Public (1)

Freshworks Inc., a provider of customer service and employee management software, has named Pam Sergeeff as its first chief legal officer and general counsel.

Sergeeff joins San Mateo, Calif.-based Freshworks from television software company TiVo Inc., where she spent four years as general counsel and chief compliance officer.

At Freshworks, her responsibilities will include product compliance, data protection, and privacy, according to a Monday statement. The company’s customers include Bridgestone Corp., OfficeMax, and Vice Media Group.
