Freshfields Taps SEC’s Melissa Hodgman as Litigation Partner

Melissa Hodgman joined Freshfields as a litigation partner in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Hodgman’s practice focuses on white collar, global investigations, and strategic risk, the firm said.

She joins from the Securities and Exchange Commission, where she was associate director of the Division of Enforcement.
