Beth George, Megan Kayo, Janet Kim, and Andrew Dockham have joined the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, the firm said Tuesday.
George will lead the firm’s strategic risk and management practice and has previously served as acting general counsel to the US Department of Defense, said Freshfields. Kayo represents clients in regulatory investigations of data security programs.
Kim has served as an associate counsel to President Biden in the White House Counsel’s Office. Dockham focuses his practice on internal corporate investigations and advises clients on legal and reputational risk, according to Freshfields.
George and Kayo join in Silicon Valley, Calif., and Kim and Dockham join the Washington office.
