Paul Stewart, Mark Davis, and Nick Fortune joined Freshfields as partners in its global transactions practice in London, the firm announced Monday.
Stewart advises credit funds, financial institutions, and other investors in leveraged finance loan products, with a focus on private credit and capital solutions spaces, the firm said.
Davis acts for credit funds, financial institutions, and other investors in cross-border capital solutions financings, high-yield financings, restructurings, and other complex matters, Freshfields said.
Fortune acts on international restructurings and insolvency transactions with a focus on creditor and ad hoc group representations.
