Chris DeCresce joined Freshfields as a capital markets partner in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
DeCresce’s practice focuses on capital markets, securities and exchanges reporting, and securities law compliance, the firm said.
He represents companies in capital markets transactions, including SEC-registered and exempt equity and debt offerings, with a focus on clients in the financial services, banking and fintech sectors, the firm said.
