Tim Clark has joined Freshfields as a part of the global transactions group to lead the global funds practice in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Clark, who focuses on private capital, represents private fund managers in the formation of closed-end funds, according to Freshfields.
He also represents sponsors and buyers in secondaries transactions, Freshfields said.
