Nick Kagan joined Freshfields LLP as a partner in its private capital group in London, the firm announced Monday.
Kagan advises both institutional and independent sponsors across the spectrum of private capital, with experience on private credit funds and secondaries work but also covering private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital and impact funds. His expertise covers the full fund lifecycle, the firm said.
He joins from Debevoise & Plimpton, where he was counsel
