Joshua Ayal has joined Freshfields as a partner in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
Ayal has experience in high-profile public and private M&A transactions for strategic and private equity clients, according to the firm.
He also counsels corporations and their directors on activist defense and general corporate and governance matters, the firm said.
