Giancarlo D’Ambrosio has joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as partner in the private capital group and global transactions practice in Milan, Italy, the firm said Tuesday.
D’Ambrosio’s transactional experience covers M&A, JVs, investments, divestitures, strategic transactions, corporate governance, and capital markets, according to Freshfields.
He works with the infrastructure, sports, fashion, entertainment, and media industries, Freshfields said.
