Freshfields Adds Two New York Partners to Private Capital Ranks

Neal J. Reenan and Ian N. Bushner have joined Freshfields as partners in New York, the firm said Monday.

Reenan will serve as global co-head of private capital, and Bushner will serve as head of US private capital.

The pair represent private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on strategic matters as well as execute US and cross-border acquisition, divestiture, and financing transactions on their behalf, said Freshfields.
