Freshfields Adds Kwon to Corporate, M&A Team in Silicon Valley

Denny Kwon has joined the corporate and M&A practice at Freshfields in Silicon Valley, the firm said Monday.

Kwon represents companies on M&A and other strategic transactions, according to Freshfields.

He has experience with acquisitions and sales of public and private companies, strategic investments, joint ventures, and purchases or divestitures of businesses or product lines, Freshfields said.
