Ivet Bell has joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a partner and as a member of the private funds and secondaries group in New York, the firm said Thursday.
Bell has extensive experience with private funds transactions, according to Freshfields.
She has worked on fund formation, manager formation, secondaries transactions, GP stakes deals, and LP primary investments and co-investments, Freshfields said.
