Freshfields Adds Financial Services Regulatory Partner Hashmall

Alison Hashmall has joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a partner with the financial services regulatory practice in New York, the firm said Monday.

Hashmall works on bank regulatory matters, representing domestic and non-US banking organizations, fintech companies, financial sponsors, and private equity funds, according to Freshfields.

She also assists clients and industry trade groups with advocacy on bank regulatory issues and developments involving capital and loss-absorbing capacity requirements and resolution and recovery planning, Freshfields said.
