Fredrikson Adds Jonathan Landon as Tax Planning Shareholder

Jonathan Landon joined Fredrikson as a shareholder in its business and tax planning, trusts and estates and nonprofit and tax exempt organizations groups, the firm announced Friday.

William Daly also joined as a shareholder in the firm’s corporate, startup and rapid growth enterprises, and mergers and acquisitions groups. He counsels on transactional and business law, finance, securities, sales and acquisitions of businesses, business contracts, and general corporate governance.
