Fox Rothschild Worker Moves to Keep Harassment Suit in New York

A former Fox Rothschild LLP administrative assistant says her lawsuit against the firm should stay in New York City because that’s where the attorney who harassed her sent many of his lewd texts from and where the firm sometimes asked her to work, she told a Manhattan federal court.

Venue is proper under federal law in every jurisdiction in which a substantial part of events giving rise to a claim occurred, Stephanie Jones said Monday.
