Fox Rothschild Recruits Peter Shindel as Litigation Partner

Peter Shindel joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in its litigation department in Wilmington, Del., the firm announced Wednesday.

Shindel represents clients in high-stakes change-of-control, contract, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate, and trusts and estates litigation. He handles cases in state and federal court, at trial and on appeal, as well as in arbitration and mediation, the firm said.
