Keeley A. McCarty has joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in the federal government contracts procurement practice group in the Washington, D.C., office, the firm said Monday.
McCarty represents companies in bid protests and compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, government investigations, and False Claims Act litigation, according to Fox Rothschild.
She has practiced before the US Court of Federal Claims, federal district courts, the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals, and the Government Accountability Office, said the firm.
She previously served at Sheppard Mullin.
