Fox Rothschild Recruits Felix Kushnir as Corporate Partner

Felix Kushnir joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in its corporate department in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.

Kushnir represents corporate and private equity clients in major transactions, commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, general counseling, and securities matters. He advises public and private companies, investors and shareholders on the sale and acquisition of government contractors and regulatory compliance rules and regulations, the firm said.

He joins from Shulman Rogers.
