Fox Rothschild has opened a new office in Sarasota, Florida, led by Robert Stroud, the firm said Monday.
Stroud represents clients in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, strategic transactions, and joint ventures, said Fox Rothschild.
He will serve as the Sarasota office managing partner and join the firm’s executive committee. Stroud will also chair the health care transactions practice group within the corporate department, said Fox Rothschild.
He joins the office alongside counsel Yazen Dides and associate Mark Clare.
