Duccio Mortillaro has joined Fox Rothschild to chair the Italy practice group, the firm said Wednesday.
Mortillaro, who was a partner at Raines Feldman Littrell, represents multinational corporations and non-US business entities in their US investments, according to Fox Rothschild. He also represents US companies doing business in Europe and Latin America.
Mortillaro also has experience in project finance, representing developers in domestic and international energy and telecommunication projects, according to the firm.
