Curtis Plaza joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in its financial restructuring and bankruptcy department in Morristown, the firm announced Thursday.
Plaza handles high-stakes, high-value restructuring matters for businesses, financial institutions and indenture trustees. He advises companies on commercial disputes, transactions and other business matters where legal, financial and operational issues are closely intertwined, the firm said.
He joins from Riker Danzig.
