Thomas Bartolozzi joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in its real estate department in Atlanta, the firm announced Monday.
Bartolozzi focuses his practice on commercial real estate and hospitality matters including formation, acquisition, sale, leasing, marketing, and regulatory compliance. He handles transactions involving commercial, multifamily, retail, industrial, hotel and resort properties, and management companies, the firm said.
He joins from Morris, Manning & Martin.
