Fox Rothschild Hires Anthony Phillips as Litigation Partner

Anthony Phillips joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in its litigation department in San Francisco, the firm announced Monday.

Phillips represents businesses of all sizes in commercial litigation and advises companies in business disputes, particularly technology and energy businesses. He litigates complex matters from pre-dispute analysis through trial and appeal, involving contracts, corporate governance, fraud, trade secrets, and intellectual property, the firm said.

He joins from Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani.
