Fox Rothschild Enlists Family Law Partner Tocci in New York

Valerie Tocci joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in its family law department in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Tocci represents high-net-worth families and individuals in all aspects of matrimonial and family law and advises clients on matters involving divorce, custody, spousal and child support, equitable distribution of property, pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and divorce agreements and post-judgment matters, hearings and trials. Before entering private practice, she was a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the General Crimes Bureau of the Eastern District of New York and an Assistant District Attorney for the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, the firm said.
