Kevin E. Raphael has joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in the litigation department in Philadelphia, the firm said Wednesday.
Raphael counsels and defends businesses, entities, and individuals in the health care, higher education, and the food and beverage sectors, according to Fox Rothschild.
He has defended clients in white-collar criminal and regulatory investigations involving allegations of fraud, false claims, public corruption, and sexual abuse, said the firm.
He joins from Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti.
