Fox Rothschild Adds Two Partners to New York Litigation Team

David A. Gehn and Matthew B. Baum have joined Fox Rothschild in the litigation department as partners in the New York office, the firm said Monday.

Gehn helps clients resolve complex commercial and securities disputes. His clients include companies, broker-dealers, and registered investment advisers, according to Fox Rothschild.

Baum litigates disputes involving contracts, employment disputes, non-competition and non-solicitation restrictions, and RICO claims. He also advises broker-dealers, RIA firms, and financial advisers in connection with transitions and recruiting matters, said the firm.

They previously practiced as partners at Ellenoff Grossman & Schole.
