Samuel E. Webb, Brooke L. Sargeant, and Eileen S. Sun, have joined Fox Rothschild as partners in the intellectual property practice group in Seattle, the firm said Friday.
Webb has experience guiding clients through the intellectual property aspects of the funding events, acquisitions, licensing transactions, and collaborations, according to Fox Rothschild.
Sargeant advises domestic and international pharma and biotech companies on patent strategy and portfolio management, while Sun advises clients in the biotech and pharma industries on patent prosecution, licensing, and portfolio management, said the firm.
The trio was formerly with Seed IP.
