Aboyoun Dobbs LLC, a New Jersey-based automotive boutique firm, has joined Fox Rothschild, the firm said Tuesday.
Joseph S. Aboyoun and Seth L. Dobbs join Fox Rothschild as partners along with three counsels in Morristown, N.J., according to Fox Rothschild.
Aboyoun Dobbs has experience with mergers and acquisitions, limited liability formations, and business and franchise disputes and resolution, representing automobile and truck dealers, Fox Rothschild said.
