Fox Rothschild Adds Jessica Norris to Corporate Department

Jessica Norris joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in its corporate department in Kansas City, Mo., the firm announced Monday.

Norris assists clients on transactional matters, focusing on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. She represents both sellers and buyers across a broad range of industries, including private companies, private equity funds and family-backed offices.

In addition to her M&A practice, she also serves as outside general counsel, including counseling clients on post-closing integration and portfolio company management, and their day-to-day legal matters, the firm said.
