Fox Rothschild Adds Henry Baskerville as Litigation Partner

Henry Baskerville joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in its litigation department in Denver, the firm announced Monday.

Baskerville represents corporate clients in commercial disputes in state and federal court and in arbitration. He defends clients in criminal investigations, handles fraud matters, antitrust prosecutions, and public corruption proceedings. He also represents businesses in civil and criminal investigations related to government contracts and works with construction industry clients in disputes, the firm said.
