Fox Rothschild Adds Hathaway to Labor & Employment Department

Gerald T. Hathaway has joined Fox Rothschild as a partner with the labor and employment department in Atlantic City, N.J., the firm said Tuesday.

Hathaway has experience with collective bargaining, resolving workplace disputes, and risk management, according to Fox Rothschild. He defends class actions and individual lawsuits in the federal and state courts as well as practices before the EEOC and the NLRB.

He was a partner at Faegre Drinker in New York.
