Fox Rothschild Adds Fiduciary Litigator Winet in San Francisco

Evan Winet joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in its taxation and wealth planning department in San Francisco, the firm announced Tuesday.

Winet represents individual and professional fiduciaries as well as beneficiaries in a variety of disputes. He employs a tailored approach to highly personal family disputes and works constructively to bridge divisions between parties to reach a pragmatic resolution, the firm said.
