Fox Names Campbell’s Ciongoli as Legal Chief to Succeed Dinh (1)

Fox Corp. appointed Campbell Soup’s Adam Ciongoli as its chief legal and policy officer, succeeding Viet Dinh, who stepped down earlier this year.

• Ciongoli, who currently general counsel for Campbell Soup, will report to Executive Chair and CEO Lachlan Murdoch
• Beginning Dec. 1, Ciongoli will lead all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters as well as oversee government affairs
