Four Firms Guide EQT-Led Group’s $3 Billion Buy of Radius Global

Simpson Thacher is advising Swedish private equity firm EQT AB on its agreement to indirectly acquire, with Canada’s Public Sector Pension Investment Board, Radius Global Infrastructure Inc.

Cravath Swaine & Moore is advising Radius, a digital asset integrator that leases communications sites to wireless-tower companies, mobile-network operators, and other digital infrastructure operators, according to a statement.

Weil Gotshal is counseling PSP on the take-private deal, which is valued at about $3 billion, including debt, with EQT and PSP to pay $15 per share for Radius. EQT said it’s investing in Radius via its Active Core Infrastructure unit.
