Paul, Weiss and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher advised private equity firm OceanSound Partners on its investment into Digital Management Holdings LLC.
Jones Day advised the Bethesda, Md.-based software company, which goes by “DMI.” Miles & Stockbridge advised DMI’s management, which continues to run the company, according to a statement.
DMI, which has 2,100 employees in seven countries, said it helps commercial and government customers digitize their legacy business processes. It also helps customers manage their digital services and devices.
DMI says it will use the investment to boost its talent, capabilities, and geographic reach.
“Companies are modernizing legacy applications and business processes at an accelerating rate and DMI’s customers view them as a mission critical part of that journey,” said Addison Nordin, a principal at OceanSound.
Blackstone Credit and Goldman Sachs Asset Management Division provided committed financing for the transaction, for which no financial details were disclosed.
